SattvaCo is a sole proprietorship operated by Aditi Chawla in Bothell, Washington. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we never do with it.
We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number with anyone. Your number is used only to send you the SattvaCo messages you asked for. No third party receives it for their own marketing, and no mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
You give consent by ticking the text message box on our signup form and entering your number. Consent is never a condition of buying anything from us.
We send roughly one to four messages a month: seasonal guides, and restock alerts for items you asked about. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to any message to stop all further texts. Reply HELP for help, or email contact@sattvaco.com. We honour an opt out sent by any reasonable means, including replying STOP, QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or REVOKE, or simply emailing us, and we action it within ten business days.
Marketing email carries a one click unsubscribe link and an unsubscribe header. Order confirmations and shipping updates are transactional and are sent whether or not you subscribe to marketing.
Only the services that let us operate: a payment processor, a shipping carrier, and the messaging and email providers that deliver what you signed up for. Each receives only what that job needs. None of them may use your data for their own purposes.
Order records for seven years, because tax rules require it. Marketing contact details until you unsubscribe, then we keep a minimal suppression record so we do not contact you again by mistake.
Write to contact@sattvaco.com to see what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted. Washington residents have rights under the My Health My Data Act, and we treat any wellness related information you send us as sensitive by default.
SattvaCo is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
